#GetYourPinkOn at Loftus Versveld

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month in South Africa. The Vodacom Bulls are taking this opportunity to support the initiative by hosting a #GetYourPinkOn event at Loftus Versveld Stadium on 30 October 2022.

What Can I Expect From The #GetYourPinkOn Event? 

In 2012 the Vodacom Bulls first donned their bring pink jerseys and on the 10th year anniversary they’re celebrating with Puma to host their third edition of the #GetYourPinkOn Campaign. The idea behind the campaign is to raise funds for breast cancer-oriented organisations.

This year the event will raise awareness about breast cancer while supporting local organistations CANSA and PinkDrive. This will be South Africa’s biggest drive to support breast cancer awareness! Moreover, this is going to be a game to remember as the Bulls face the Cell C Sharks, always an exciting game to watch!

Furthermore, the slogan for the event is “united we care” and the players will have this message on their back of their jerseys. Although the game only kicks off at 15:00 the day is filled with activities. Including; craft stalls, live entertainment and a Castle beer garden! Expect to see a sea of pink! Everyone has pink drinks, pink face painting, pink flags, pink jerseys, well you get the idea! Tickets start from R25 per person depending on where you are seated.

Whether you watch rugby or not, this is an amazing event to get behind especially if you know of someone affected by Breast Cancer.
