Garden Day Screening of: The Secret Garden

On October 14th 2023, celebrate Garden Day at The Bioscope! They are featuring a special screening of the heartwarming 90s film ‘The Secret Garden’. Alongside various activities and activations at 44 Stanley, it promises a fantastic day out for the entire family.

What Can I Expect From The Garden Day Screening of: The Secret Garden? 

Director: Agnieszka Holland. Genre: Drama, Family, Fantasy. Duration: 1 hour and 41 minutes. The film follows the journey of a young girl, recently orphaned and transplanted from India to England. As she explores her new and seemingly secluded surroundings, she unravels its hidden secrets.

Garden Day invites people nationwide to take a break, revel in their gardens, and appreciate their green spaces – whether it’s a sprawling lawn, a collection of potted plants, an urban rooftop, or a cozy patio garden. All are encouraged to participate! Tickets are on sale for R80 person. Don’t forget to arrive a little earlier to purchase some snacks!
