The Biscuit Studio in Randburg is hosting a Festive Christmas beginners icing class on 9 December 2022.
What Can I Expect From The Festive Christmas Beginners Icing Class?
Learn the art of royal icing and ke your very own Christmas cookies. You’ll also learn the basics of icing consistency as well as how to bake the perfect biscuit base and then some decorating skills to round the class off.
So, what skills will you pick up by the end of the lesson? Stenciling a biscuit, storing biscuits and how to dry your icing. Learn the art of flooding, piping and painting with gold and much more.
Attendees will get to bake Rudolph, gingerbread man and other Christmas related shapes at the workshop. Tickets are R675 per person and included are 6 baked biscuits ready to decorate, 3 recipe cards, stencil and supplies card and an icing and drying tips card. There’s also a tea and coffee station and all the needed tools will be supplied during the class.
