The Constantia Wine Route is Serious About Sauvignon! If you consider yourself to be an oenophile then head to this Rosebank event to taste and savour the very special range of Sauvignon Blancs from this unique wine region. Enjoy the delicious harvest table and listen to the incredible African house music from Blow Electroband.

Constantia is Serious About Sauvignon! The Constantia valley makes up 0.4% of the total wine producing regions of South Africa and this very small and special pocket of vineyards has a unique terroir that produces wines of distinction – Serious Sauvignon Blancs with depth, character and age-ability.

“Constantia’s Sauvignon Blancs are strongly shaped by their terroir which results in a purity of expression that is rare,” explains Carryn Wiltshire from the Constantia Wine Route. “There is nowhere on Earth where this noble grape presents quite as it does in Constantia,” continues Wiltshire.
