Comic Con Africa is back with a bang! The pop culture and gaming festival will be held of Heritage weekend at the Johannesburg Expo Center

What Can I Expect From Comic Con Africa?

Calling all comic enthusiasts! The exciting four-day festival is coming to Johannesburg! The event focuses on elements of pop culture, film, TV and celebrities not forgetting the most exciting part, cosplaying! The event will be packed with product launches, activations, panels and the opportunity to ask any questions you’ve been grappling with regarding your favourite characters!

But wait, there’s more… There will be plenty of interactive experiences, meet and greet opportunities and whether you’re a casual fan or a bona fide geek there’s bound to be something that you will enjoy! The event also boasts a KidsCon providing a perfect opportunity for a family day out! If you purchases a ticket to Comic Con Africa, you’ll automatically get entry to the KidsCon. Be sure to watch the event organisers social media pages and local and international guests are announced regularly.

Phase 2 tickets are being sold until 31 August and you can purchase a one day entry for R190 per person.
