Comic Con Africa, the continent’s largest Pop Culture & Gaming festival, returns for its 5th year! The event takes place between 26 and 29 September 2024.
A festival where visitors can embrace being themselves, regardless of their cultural background, physical ability, or personal identity. This self-expressive festival allows attendees to experience the best in pop culture and enjoy a tangible connection with brands and fandoms. Featuring collaborations and unique cultural moments that encompass merch, comics, gaming, film, and food.
The regular fan favourites are set to return – which include the Artist Alley, the main stage, an unparalleled shopping experience, international celebrities, esports, daily casual cosplay competitions, and more.
With Comic Con Africa being an evolving show, this year’s iteration will continue to expand the experience with more activities for all, free to play gaming competitions, and more open spaces for fans to connect.
Comic Con Africa will feature a star-studded roster of celebrity guests, including renowned actors, beloved comic book artists, talented cosplayers, and industry insiders. Fans will have the opportunity to engage with their favourite stars through Q&A sessions, autograph signings, and exclusive meet-and-greet photograph opportunities.
