Children’s Book Fun Day at The Field Berry Farm

The school holidays are on the horizon and we’ve found the perfect activity to keep your kids entertained. The Field Berry Farm in Walkerville is hosting a lovely programme for children between 1 October and 9 October 2022.

What Can I Expect From The Field Berry Fun Day?

Please note that it is currently not Berry season so there will be no berry picking. Not to worry though as there is still plenty to do and see at the Raspberry Farm. Join them for the reading of their children’s book: Big Mama’s Raspberry Farm.

What else can your kids look forward to? Book themed creative crafts based on the storytelling session to enhance the reading. There’s also an on site jungle gym, bicycle track and obstacle course. You can also purchase some berry products as well as snacks from various food stalls.

The cost per child is R90 and includes; a live book reading, cupcake decorating, colouring activities, 125ml jam fresh from the farm! For R170 per child, you’ll get a Big Mama’s Raspberry Farm book as well.

Bookings close on the 23rd of September, so don’t delay! Please note that the farm only accepts card payments.
