What Can I Expect From The 130th Birthday Picnic at The Johannesburg Children’s Home?

The home located in Observatory, will be opening its doors to the public! To help them mark this marvelous milestone you can assist by purchasing picnic basket tickets. Expect a beautiful summer day outside filled with fun for the family. So, invite your friends and family and bond over a delicious basket full of treats on their lawns.

You can also expect a market, where you can browse through their preloved book sale and children’s art exhibition coupled with many food and artisanal stalls. Your kids will be entertained as there will be jumping castles and face painters to add to the fun! Attendees can look forward to a visit from the Classic Motorcycle Club that will add vintage excitement.

But that’s not all… You stand a chance to win a 1 x 2-night Lazy Weekend Stay for 2 people including breakfast daily and 1 “date night dinner for 2” if you are one of the first 50 people to book a picnic.
