A collaborative community endeavor led by Autism South Africa (ASA), the Caring Women’s Forum (CWF), and the F.E.E.D Organization (Fostering Feeding, Empowerment, Education, and Development), proudly presents the inaugural walk/run event in Johannesburg. The event takes place on Sunday, 17 September 2023.
The essence of Jozi 4 Autism encompasses the following objectives:
-Elevating awareness regarding the prevalence of autism in South Africa, with a specific emphasis on historically marginalized communities.
-Generating resources to support assessments and interventions for children with autism in underprivileged areas within Gauteng/South Africa.
-Fostering the integration of children and families affected by autism into the fabric of the community, promoting social cohesion.
