Follow the White Rabbit and come face to face with the Blue Caterpillar and the grinning Cheshire Cat! That’s right, Alice in Wonderland will be shown at Montecasino between 23 February and1 April 2023.
Have a cup of tea with the maddening Mad Hatter and play croquet with the tricky Queen of Hearts. It’s time to go on a magical adventure with Alice, the protagonist from this beloved class! The production brings Lewis Caroll’s book to life in a fun and funky way under the directorship of Neka da Costa.
“The play is pitched well for younger kids, who can simply sit and take in the colours and the frenetic movement and the enchantment, but there are plenty of details that will incite the mirth of the adults in the theatre – tweaks that add local references and dry humour. A great way to spend some family time together.” – Bruce Dennill.
