CrankChaos runs from 1 – 4 November 2018 bringing Southern Africa’s downhill champs, XCO conquerors, enduro experts, dual slalom slayers and all types of riders, from every corner of the continent, together for one legendary weekend of riding in the Mountain bike kingdom of Lesotho.

Returning for its second year, Fox Enduro, as the name suggests, is the ultimate test of endurance. With a compulsory 400m ascent to the start of the first stage; a combination of altitude and technical trails make this event one
of Southern Africa’s most exciting Enduro races. The Fox Enduro consists of rough and tough Maluti trail and a variety of technical features. Think 2m “Hero Drops”, sheer slopes and hairpin tight switchbacks. After three grueling stages, the Fox Enduro culminates in a long descent to the riverside for a pop-up party finish. Afriski Mountain Resort has made huge investments over the years to become a mountain biking destination. The variety of trails and tracks, extensive lodging options and Sky Restaurant make it the perfect venue for CrankChaos. There are a variety of accommodation packages and festival passes available for CrankChaos 2018. You can purchase passes for each of the individual events you wish to enter or simply purchase a full package at a discount.

Not much of a rider? No worries, there’s tonnes to do besides catch a glimpse of the action. There is a wide variety of packages put together for spectators who also wish to be a part of the fun.
