Africa Day Bassline Festival Concert 2019

Africa’s biggest celebration of cultural heritage returns. This year it comes with a star-studded line-up that will see some of the continents biggest acts take to the stage to celebrate diversity through unity.

What Is It?

Bassline Live present the annual Africa Day Festival at Constitution Hill this May. 12 of the continent’s biggest and freshest talent will perform across two stages at this all day music festival. Headlining the Fest this year are two of Nigeria’s biggest stars Asa and Mr Eazi, as well as our very own Buhlebendalo (from The Soil). Also included on the line up are, Blinky Bill from Kenya, Kommanda Obbs from Lesotho and TRC ft. Mandla Mlangeni from SA. As a special treat, Asa will perform the first single ‘The Beginning’, from her upcoming album for the first time live in Joburg. This is a family fun event, so bring the whole clan along to celebrate our African heritage and 25 years of freedom. Get your tickets now!

Tickets cost R350 per person for general access, and R450 per person for Golden Circle. Kids 12 and under enter for R150.
