They combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All bodies, ages, genders, and fitness levels are welcome. The entrance fee is R150 for adults. You’ll be dancing for an hour, so don’t forget to bring some water. Get ready to step out of your comfort zone, move, dance, twirl, and connect with yourself and others.
