Have you been looking for an authentic Vegan market in Johannesburg? Well, the first Thursday of every month is the Vegan Things Night Market and the next one takes place on October 6th at the Pirates Rugby Club.
At the market you can look forward to; a selection of stalls, Kombucha cocktails, a bar and some live music to set the mood. So what exactly will the food stalls be serving? Plant-based food such as Asian Dumplings, Bobotie, Jackfruit Nachos. But the best thing to do is walk around to find your main meal while snacking on starters from various stalls.
There are also Koeksisters, Donuts, Cake, Artisan Chocolates to have as dessert! Furthermore you can expect to see eco-friendly handmade products such as skincare items and jewellery. This gives attendees an opportunity to buy some gifts for perhaps something for yourself!
Whether you consider yourself to be on a plant based diet or not, you’re invited to this organic, Vegan, market and may even find yourself pleasantly surprised by the food on offer! The market is held at the Pirates Club in Greenside and is the oldest sports club in Gauteng.
