Roadhouse Dinner and Movie Night

The Centurion Theatre, in partnership with Scenario College for Performing Arts, is hosting a unique event on Friday, 9 June 2023. This dinner and movie night event promises an unforgettable experience for couples, Pink Ladies, and T-Birds alike.

What Can I Expect From The Roadhouse Dinner and Movie Night?

Firstly, the evening begins with a Roadhouse Dinner. You’ll enjoy this in your car, in the theatre parking lot. Themed waiters will serve you a delicious meal of a burger, chips, and a milkshake. All the while, you’ll listen to Grease Bangers playing over the speakers.

Next, you’ll move to the theatre. Here, you’ll watch the iconic musical, Grease, on the big screen. This is just as it was in 1979. You can bring your own pillows and blankets, and find a cozy spot in front of the screen. The theatre will be lit up with fairy lights, adding to the magical atmosphere.

The ticket price is R250 per person. This includes the dinner, popcorn, and the movie. The event starts at 18:30, with the movie beginning at exactly 20:00. Moreover, the event encourages dressing up for added fun. However, this is not mandatory. There will also be a cash bar available for drinks and snacks. Please note, the event does not allow under 16s. Don’t miss out on this spectacular trip down memory lane.
