Immerse yourself in the enchanting melodies of the Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra’s Early Spring Symphony Season. Prepare to be enchanted by captivating performances from internationally acclaimed soloists, including the talented Fanny Clamagirand on violin, the brilliant Evgeny Konnov on piano, and the extraordinary Etsuko Hirose, also on piano. The concerts are hosted between Thursday, 17 August and 31 August 2023.
This season promises an exceptional lineup of conductors, featuring the beloved Daniel Boico, a familiar favourite among JPO enthusiasts. Additionally, they eagerly anticipate the return of the esteemed Arjan Tien, and an eagerly awaited debut by the accomplished Italian conductor, Ms. Claudai Patane.
Each evening, the concerts will commence at 19:30, allowing you to indulge in the magic of classical music under the stars.
