Join the team at Wild Africa Experiences for a spectacular morning trailblazing in the countryside! The event takes place on Saturday, 27 May 2023.
Should you take part in the event, you will be surrounded by wide open plains and scenic views as you run and enjoy a hard-earned complimentary G&T’s to further ignite those senses. At the end of the race, participants can make use of the chill zone which will house live music and some of South Africa’s finest hand-crafted gins.
Located on the banks of the Crocodile River, the privately-owned game reserve allows participants the opportunity to explore over 1000-hecatres of wilderness. Some of the interesting landmarks you will be passing include; Pumba Pools, Zebra Plains, Ostrich Run, Eland Cove, Lionsgate, Outlook Koppie. Tickets start from R260 per person. The entry fee includes; a finisher Medal, branded gin glass followed by a complimentary gin tasting.
The event organisers, Wild Africa Experiences, have rated the route a 3/5 (5 being the most difficult). Walkers and hikers are more than welcome to join the participants on the 5km or 8km trails.
