What Can I Expect From The Fabulous 50’s Edenvale Day Market?

Go back in time and enjoy a nostalgic atmosphere of the 1950s with this fabulous 50’s theme market day! There’s something for everyone in the family, from live entertainment to a fun play area for the kids. For those who are feeling competitive, enter the hotdog eating competition and win some cash prizes.

Be sure to view the lovely craft stalls, full of beautiful gifts and unique finds. Plus, there will be plenty of local stalls offering all sorts of goodies. Don’t forget to put on your best vintage outfit for a day of fun and nostalgia! The entrance fee for the market is R20 per person and children under the age of 2 may enter at no cost.

If you would like to enter the hotdog eating contest, then you need to pre-book your spot. Please send a WhatsApp message on 079 864 8617 to book your spot in the competition that takes place at 13:00 on the day of the event.

Entrance for the competition is R100 per person.
1st Prize – R1000 Cash.
2nd Prize – R500 Cash.
3rd Prize – R200 Cash.

Please bring some cash along to the market as not all of the stall holders have card machines. There is an ATM at the German Club for your convenience.
