The first-ever exclusive Amazing Race for the CANSA foundation is taking place on the 7th of November at Gold Reef City. The theme park will be used as a team building initiative to raise funds for CANSA (The Cancer Association of South Africa).
The day starts with an event briefing followed by the first leg of the race. Where some team members go on thrill rides while the rest of the team has to solve riddles to get the team to the next thrill ride. The second leg of the race involves minimal exercise as teams are encouraged to do pre-event fundraising. The team who fundraises the most amount of money wins a grand prize.
Furthermore, there will also be a prize for the team who gets the best time for the first leg at the Amazing Race! Get your staff together for an exciting day at Gold Reef City! Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes and clothes. The teambuilding events are suitable for most ages and is not too strenuous or vigorous types of exercise.
Tickets are R400 per person with the maximum amount of 10 members per team. The entry fee includes parking, entrance, and a buffet lunch. All proceeds from the event will be donated to CANSA.
